  1. Shipping Locations
    We offer shipping within India and to select international locations (UAE, UK, and US). Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

  2. Shipping Timeframes • Domestic Orders (India):
    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
    • International Orders (UAE, UK, US): Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and shipping carriers, typically taking 7-14 business days.

Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Costs • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2,000. For orders below INR 2,000, a flat shipping fee of INR 150 will be applied.
    • International Shipping: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

    While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist you in tracking your package.
  1. Undeliverable Packages:
    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will notify you via email. You may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

    For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary based on the country and will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt of the order. Supastar has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.
  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Supastar is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your package has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
