- Return Policy
If you need to return a product, please send it back within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Ensure the item is in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from any odors. Once we receive your return, it will go through a quality inspection. If the item does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
We issue refunds in the form of store credit. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide store credit or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed.
We are not liable for defects identified after 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Exchange Guidelines:
1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.
2. Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as accessories (bags, shoes, mugs, hats, etc.), sale items, and custom or personalized products, are not eligible for exchange.
4. Process:
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the exchange.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
• We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the item.
5. Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item.
• If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
6. Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
Non-returnable items:
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional offers.
- Accessories (bags, shoes, mugs, hats, belts, etc.) unless damaged or defective.
- Customized or personalized items.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@supastar.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Our customer support team will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Exchange Policy
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved Exchanges:
- Exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@supastar.in with the details.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to process cancellations as the order may already be processed for shipment.
